ISO 9001:2015 CERTIFICATION

Chemical Construction International (P) Limited (CCI) has been awarded the prestigious ISO 9001:2015 Certification.This certification is one part of the full assurance that we provide to our customers that we meet internationally recognized standards for integrity and competence, further enabling new customers to deal with us with confidence and trust.

The Transpacific Certification Committee audit certifies that CCI conforms to the Quality Management Standard in the Design, Engineering, Supply and Turnkey execution of projects worldwide for Vegetable Oils & Fats, Oleo-Chemicals & Oleo-Resins, Bio-Diesel, Fatty Acid Technology, Palm Oil Mills, Phytochemicals, By-product Recovery and Spice & Herbal Extraction.

CCI’s internal procedures continually monitor all key processes within our business to ensure that we are able to provide effective service to our customers. We facilitate this continual improvement by regularly reviewing the quality of work that we provide, by flexibly adapting to new circumstances and by implementing system-wide corrective action where required immediately.

CE, PED & ATEX CERTIFICATION

CCI is one of a handful companies in the Oils & Fats and Oleochemicals sector in India that offers Plants with complete CE (ConformitéEuropéenne) Certification, ATEX (ATmosphereEXplosibles) Certification and PED (Pressure Equipment Directive) Certification, that fully complies with all European Union (EU) regulations for the turnkey supply of its plants.
If requested by our customers, all our equipment can be certified for CE, ATEX & PED regulations (as applicable) by internationally recognized Certification Agencies / Notified Bodies.

INTERNATIONAL FABRICATION STANDARDS

Fabrication of proprietary equipment for our Projects is done at our workshop in Chennai, India or at those of our associates under our supervision. All the fabrication strictly adheres to internationally recognized standards like ASTM, DIN, BS, ISI, NFPA other European standards etc. Based on the requirements of our customer, CCI can conform to any needed local and/or international standards.
Independent verification for all fabricated items can be provided by third-party Quality Control inspection agencies like Bureau Veritas, SGS, Tata Consultancy Services etc. prior to shipping to the site, as per the requirements of our customer.

CCI is a member in the following organizations

CCI is one of the founding members of the Biodiesel Association of India (BAI) and has been keenly engaged in helping develop the Biodiesel Industry in India. CCI is actively involved in helping co-ordinate a community wide approach to address issues of public policy, research & development, and encouraging the sustainable use of Biofuels combined with Rural Development and Energy Security.
